Find Your Path: In this workshop, participants examine their interests, values and personality and discover occupations that align with their profiles. Once possible career pathways are identified, finding matching educational program becomes much easier.

Sense of Belonging: Join TRU Counsellor Mark every other Monday for the Sense of Belonging workshop series. Topics of discussion will include connection, community and creating a sense of belonging!
A sense of belonging is a basic human need that has great positive impact on our overall wellbeing. Experiencing connection and community can lead to higher levels of self-esteem and life satisfaction. Belonging is a foundational piece which contributes to emotional safety and the security to be authentic. Join Mark in conversation around what belonging means to you and how we can build connections in our lives.
