Notices of MotionFor New and Revised Policies

Notices of Motion are issued in accordance with Section IV (5) of the Policy Development and Approval Policy.

Notice of motion was served Monday, Sept. 28 on three Senate policy revision packages, to be considered for approval at the Oct. 26 Senate meeting.

Each package includes the memorandum explaining proposed revisions, the current policies with proposed revisions shown in red-line, and proposed final revised policies, as well as any associated policy deletions.

Policy Revision Package #1: Student Academic Progress and Records

• Policies revised: ED 3-2, ED 3-5
• Policies to be deleted: ED 3-3, ED 3-10

Policy Revision Package #2: Transfer Credit and Non Credit

• Policies revised: ED 2-4, ED 8-1

Policy Revision Package #3: Governance and Educational Standards

• Policies revised: ED 8-0, ED 8-2, ED 8-5
• Policies to be deleted: ED 16-0, ED 2-1
