Online ordering through CaterTrax provides a quick and convenient way to arrange catering for meetings and events taking place outside of the Campus Activity Centre (CAC). Looking for a simple and budget-friendly catering option? Our new Pickup Menu offers fresh, ready-to-go selections for meetings, workplace lunches, events, and casual gatherings.
Orders are prepared by the Summit & Thyme Catering team and available for pickup from The Den in the Campus Activity Centre, making it easy to enjoy quality catering while staying on budget.

Sustainable Catering at TRU
Reducing waste on campus
Working together we can reduce waste on campus, supporting TRU’s journey toward becoming a zero-waste campus by 2035.
- All catering deliveries outside of the Campus Activity Centre (CAC) are automatically enrolled.
- Service ware is provided at no fee. however Attendees clear reusable service ware to a dedicated bussing area (bus bins, mini zero-waste station and glass racks).
- Signage and instructions are provided with every delivery.
- Catering picks up all items after your event to ensure reusable service is returned.
- If items are missing, a $1.50 fee will be charged. This fee will be waived if items are returned within 5 business days.
Catering deliveries include
- Two-hour meal period for perishable food items.
- Delivery and pick-up service only.
Room bookings
Before You Order
Placing a catering order does not reserve a meeting room. Please ensure your space is booked
and allows approximately 15 minutes before and after your event for delivery and pickup.
Delivery & Payment Information
- Orders under $100 are subject to a $15 delivery fee.
- Delivery includes drop-off and pickup service.
- Payment options include internal TRU account codes, cash, cheque, and credit card.
